55oh Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the 55oh platform ("55oh", "we", "us") and any person ("User", "you", "your") who uses the 55oh website or related services.

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

55oh reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, contact us immediately at [email protected].

55oh will never ask for your password by phone or email under any circumstances. If someone claiming to represent 55oh asks for your password, treat it as a fraudulent attempt.

2.2 Account Suspension & Closure

55oh reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of a Terms violation or fraudulent activity
• If the same person is operating multiple accounts
• If bonuses or promotional offers are being misused
• If bots or automated software are being used
• If money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected

In the case of permanent closure, 55oh will consider returning a confirmed balance for reasonable cause, however bonus balances will not be returned under any circumstances.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

55oh offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a bonus of ৳10,000, making a total balance of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, a 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. The calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus applies only to the first deposit of a new account.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per account, device, or IP address.
• Accurate and complete information in the account is mandatory to receive a bonus.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, 55oh reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Other promotional offers currently available may have their own terms, which will be stated on the offer page.

5.1 VIP Tiers

55oh's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Through regular and responsible play, you can move up to higher tiers.

5.2 Cashback Terms

• Cashback is automatically awarded at the end of each week according to the designated tier.
• The account must be active and verified to receive cashback.
• 55oh reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
• If any irregularity or Terms violation is detected, VIP benefits may be cancelled immediately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the 55oh platform:

• Engaging in any form of fraud, deceit, or manipulative activity.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Using bonuses or promotional offers multiple times or dishonestly.
• Transferring or selling an account or identity to another person.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorized access to the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users.
• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform's content or code without authorization.

If any of the above activities are detected, 55oh will immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

All intellectual property of 55oh, including the website, logo, design, software, content, and trademarks, is under the exclusive ownership of or licensed to 55oh. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal use.

Users may not use, reproduce, distribute, or publish any intellectual property of 55oh for commercial purposes. Reverse-engineering or decompiling any part of the platform is prohibited.

10.2 Limitation of Compensation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55oh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages. 55oh does not provide any compensation for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.

10.3 Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that provision will be removed, and the remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.
